Stacey is a great agent and and a real asset to your company. Nothing is ever a problem and her communication skills are simply outstanding. She certainly knows the local market and if I ever sold again, I would without a doubt use Stacey and will be highly recommending her to anyone I know who is about to sell a property in Kapiti.

Jayden from the outset presented himself as someone who knew the market, was extremely honest and professional at all times. He was confident and realistic without being "pushy". His contacts and networking with prospective buyers meant we were able to market our home and close off a successful sale in three weeks. Fantastic! Would recommend to any prospective sellers or buyers.

This was my first experience and was a totally professional one. Although I knew Jayden personally he conducted the process in a total business manner. I have nothing but praise for his commitment ,communication and time spent on the job . I will be recommending Jayden as an agent to family and friends

A friendly cheerful person, Jay den's happy personality was a pleasure to work with. He gave information that was helpful in making decisions with the times of the market. He understood and respectfully cared how things were going. Keeping in touch with phone calls, text and emails with reports, communication was good. I had no worries when it came to open homes I felt I was leaving my house and contents in safe trusted hands. At the end when house sold he was willing to just go the extra mile and extended any help that was needed. It was good to know I had a backup person along my journey to get me to where I wanted to go next. Thanks very much Jayden for all you have done you were very much appreciated. A good job done.

Stacey worked incredibly hard to sell our property, with a move to the south island on the table it meant selling wasn’t an option. We were nervous about these uncertain times and how it would effect us, however, Stacey pulled through and worked hard to get a buyer and pulled it out the bag! We purchased and sold through Stacey and it was such a great experience!

We were so lucky to have Jim as the agent when buying our first home. He was excellent and communicating and keeping us updated, and he ensured everything was correct at the property for settlement day. Definitely recommend!

Anna was a breath of fresh air for us compared to the aggressive real estate agents we had previously encountered. Anna followed up in a non-pushy way and went out of her way to make herself available at times which suited us (juggling around a toddler) and was there when we needed to ask questions throughout the process.

We had a great experience with Gerard and Sheree from Tall Poppy in the purchase process. They showed a high degree of professionalism, were very accommodating. Excellent communication skills and helped the whole way through ensuring all questions were answered. Certainly a recommended agent to handle your real estate sale and purchasing affairs. Thanks again for the fantastic service.

I first met Anna in October 2020 when we worked together at a polling booth on Election Day. In the quiet time we talked and I learnt alot about her varied professional background in a range of business scenarios. She had been in real estate a short time then, but I was so impressed with her that I said I would contact her in about 2 years when I planned to retire to Taranaki. I did contact her and was most appreciative of her combined business and personal skills and attributes that were required in the present challenging property market. She showed continuous commitment to the cause, relentlessly following up on house viewers, keeping in touch with me all the way. The tenacious use of her professional and communication skills guided the whole process along, culminating in a successful, realistic offer on my house. Yes, in short I would whole heartedly recommend Anna as an excellent Sales Consultant to sell your property. Don't hesitate if you want your real estate signed, sealed and sold. There's nothing better than the blue Tall Poppy SOLD sign outside your house!
