I found the whole experience unsettling but Brian and Andrea were most thoughtful at my reaction. They are polite and professional. I'm just glad I'll never have to sell another house. I did mention the large and ugly Red Poppy sign. Suggest you look at other agent's signs. Also, having to drop the asking price a few times, especially as my expectations from the first "appraisal" price were completely shattered because of the downturn in property sales

Brian fit that bill nicely and does an excellent job of ensuring issues that could come back to bite you are highlighted.
