Jayden came highly recommended as a proactive and honest agent with an intimate knowledge of the market. He was friendly, professional, approachable and available throughout the sales process. He often went out of his way to complete extra work and because we do not live in the area, this presented some challenges which he volunteered to meet. He dealt with us as though we were his only client. He was an excellent negotiator on our behalf, including arranging with a neighbour for the construction of a boundary fence between the properties. He kept in touch throughout and offered practical solutions which kept everything stress free for us. We really enjoyed working with a single agent who went well beyond the call of duty.

anna had my house for sale for 2 months before it got sold..she was extremely helpful the whole time and always kept in touch with me..she also new i dont do anything om my phone well..i can text and answer an email,but dont understand a lot of paper work or follow instructions if any..but anna lets me know and organises all for me..she is much appreciated cheers cathy

We would rate Brian's and Andrea's market knowledge, communication and professionalism highly. They did what they said they would do and finally got a result. We were a bit disappointed with the final sale price. We were in a rapidly declining market which meant it was challenging to match our expected selling price with what buyers were prepared to pay. We felt that once we had indicated that we would not accept a developer's offer that meant waiting a year for full payment, that we should have been told that a lower selling price was the best way to go. This took some time to happen. We were very pleased that we achieved a sale when we did!
