When we decided to engage Tall Poppy for our agents it was based on the rapport my daughter (who is co-owner of our property) felt she had with Tonya Kirkbeck. When Tonya said she was over-committed and would be handing over our sale to Vanessa I was unsure of how we would get on with this 'unknown' (to us). But I found Vanessa really was "One of the Best" - at relating to our situation and wishes, her knowledge of the market, and keeping us up-to-date with interest in the property once it went on the market. Her guidance in preparing the property for selling was most helpful and I believe it was crucial in achieving the satisfactory sale price we did. Sheree & Gerard Did an excellent job marketing and selling our house on Moores Valley Road. They explained everything to us and if we had any misgivings they listened and helped us. they were easily contactable and returned our calls promptly if they couldn't take our call. Gerard came many times for appointments and viewings and was very punctual and always there for us. Jayden was very easy to deal with. He kept me fully informed of everything that was happening during my sale. At times having to ring me multiple times during a day. And even after the sale went unconditional he still kept me up to date with what was happening. He informed me that the sale was complete and title transferred well before l heard anything from my solicitor. My previous selling experience had been in Sydney with the Professionals and they totally dumped me once the property was unconditional. Jayden was FAR better than those guys.
