Debbie is wonderful to deal with she is really efficient, as soon as I said I wanted to put an offer on the house we were meeting that same day to sign up the offer and I also got to hear back if my offer was accepted or rejected on the same day. She is also really knowledgeable of what the real estate market is doing and has researched latest sales data so you can fell assured she has priced the house at the correct price that is both fair for the buyer and the seller.

Debi met me on Sunday after work as I couldn't make the first open home. We filled out an "Expression of interest" with your terms and the vendor picked the top few, I was in the top few to make a formal offer. Different way of doing things but encourages you to put your best foot forward if you wish to purchase the property. I purchased the property and all and all it was a very good and happy experience. Debi and Sarah were great to deal with and nothing was a problem.
