It comes without saying that Debi is kind, friendly, positive, and this really helps when you are stressing about selling your house. But more importantly, she is diligent, professional and creative, so you can simply let her do her job, and not worry about the small details, knowing she will make sure everything will be done correctly. What other big reputable firm was not able to achieve for us in half a year, multiple open-homes and hundreds of groups the house, she managed to complete in about a week and one open-home. I don't think you can wish for more...

She seemed to have good and up to date knowledge of the current market, however her communication skills were left wanting, especially when there was a problem and I wanted clarification. I would leave messages on her phone which were not answered for several days, the same with emails.

The recent sale of our parents family home could have been a stressful and upsetting time for us all. From the outset Debi was professional, considerate, knowledgeable and communicative. Debi was exceptional! Super helpful especially during the lock down and was happy to answer all my questions day and night (sorry for the late texts!). Communication was outstanding, she talked us through the whole process, what was to come. Debi walked us through how to go about purchasing, the legal side and the inspection process after lock down - all through the phone which can't have been an easy task!
