Professional and caring
Pam was very professional and provided clear, transparent communication. She had a strong knowledge of the market in the area that our property was in. She kept us up to date with how the marketing and sale was going both via email and in person. She was very helpful with the paperwork too.

Considered Approach
Beth was known to us as we had originally purchased our property through her. Upon making the decision to sell we made contact with Beth and she came and met with us, she was happy to hear our plans for the sale and knew that we were not in a rush to come to market. While we were in the preliminary period, she regularly checked in to see how things were going and was encouraging along the way, bringing banana boxes to help out. Beth never hurried us or put pressure on to make a decision we did not want to make. When it came to marketing the property, she was open to our ideas and these were incorporated with hers. Beth was very particular about the photography and video of the property and her high standards paid off, the results were indeed very special. Beth is an effective communicator, incredibly hardworking and diligent with a vision of excellence. Thank you Beth!

Fabulous Agent!
Beth was fantastic. Right from the first viewing she made me feel welcome onto the property. Her knowledge of the area, and of Whangaumu was invaluable.
