To summarise, we were exposed to an agent who was knowledgeable, helpful, clear in her recommendations, provided regular updates with supporting information, was readily accessible and kept us in the picture on progress being made and the market in general. We had had previous experience with Sylvia and as a result had no hesitation in approaching her for the current exercise.

Wonderful experience from Kylie and Sylvia in helping us find, purchase, and settle on our first home. Would highly recommend to all, especially first time buyers, in the Wairarapa region.
