As well as for open homes, they brought in viewers at other times. This was very positive understanding the market downturn at the time. When we got to the negotiating phase, they went back and forth until we had the sale agreement. They were prepared to work at it until the contract was signed. Whilst we did not get a price settlement that we had wished for, it was very close and we understood both how the market was situated, and also the advantages of the sale agreement that was secured. A little bit of compromising ensured a successful ending.
