We recently purchased our home with the help of Braden, and overall, it was a great experience. Above and beyond
Having bought and sold houses in Auckland, Whangamata and Hamilton in the past and also working for a real estate company I am no stranger to the comings and goings of real estate. I chose Braden from personal feedback I had received from a friend and her family who had nothing but great things to say about Braden. They were so right. From the moment I met Braden I knew I had made the right decision to put my family home of 50 odd years into this young guys hands. I have never seen someone work so hard, keeping me in touch, explaining everything to me along the way. It was a huge emotional time for me first losing my father several years ago, losing my mother a year ago and then my brother in June this year, but Braden took me on this journey with reassurance from the beginning till the end. And what any amazing journey it was. Not even a week and contracts were starting to flood in. At the end I lost count how many there were but we made it over the line within three weeks of this family home being on the market with multi offers. Thankyou so much Braden for your confidence and support honesty and integrity, you showed me anything is possible. If I choose to relocate sell my house he will definately the first person I contact. Easy process
Even though Braden was off when we were going through the process, Brooke stepped in and was easy to communicate with, answered all our questions promptly and was a great experience. Braden was back at the end of the process and again easy and quick communication. Overall was a great experience.
