Having bought and sold houses in Auckland, Whangamata and Hamilton in the past and also working for a real estate company I am no stranger to the comings and goings of real estate. I have never seen someone work so hard, keeping me in touch, explaining everything to me along the way. It was a huge emotional time for me first losing my father several years ago, losing my mother a year ago and then my brother in June this year, but Braden took me on this journey with reassurance from the beginning till the end. And what any amazing journey it was. Not even a week and contracts were starting to flood in. At the end I lost count how many there were but we made it over the line within three weeks of this family home being on the market with multi offers.
