Steve and Elise blew us away with the number of viewings they were able to generate. They were very clear with their strategy to get us the best possible price for our house in a difficult market. They were excellent at promoting all of our properties best features while still being realistic and honest with us about some of the downsides for potential buyers. Through the use of a whatsapp group we were kept informed of all viewing details which was a friendly and easy way to communicate. We always returned to find our house in clean and tidy manner after viewings and open homes, with all the lights turned back off and doors locked up. They are both very friendly and easy to get along with and even fed our cat for us while we were away one weekend. Their team of two approach was excellent, they both knew their strengths and performed them well to get us a great result.
