Karl and Chris are the best around, period. They've really departed from the traditional 'shark' agent style, and are just super genuine and friendly. We got an appraisal over a year ago and they never hounded us, just sent us some nice cookies for Christmas. When it finally came to selling they were super helpful, never pushy, and had heaps of great advice - we felt like we were in good hands. They also tend to have the best people to work with (builders, lawyers, photographers), and have incredible reach (including a strong social presence). But most importantly - they get results, sold in less than 3 weeks while next door has been on the market for 2 months (and is arguably a better deal). It goes without saying, we're 100% SOLD on Sold on Kapiti ;)
