It become very quickly apparent from our first meeting with Karl & Zoe that they were the exactly right folks to sell our property. It was evident straight away that Karl would show our house as a "Home",but still ensure that it displayed all it's best features for viewing. The video and promotion were absolutely "Best in Class". Plus we firmly believe that this went a long way to securing the sale. The investment in the promotion was worth every penny. The communication to us during the whole journey was superb. I had been seeing Karl across a lot of the open homes I have been attending (browsing the market), and had always been impressed with his friendliness, knowledge of the property and his follow-up. When I needed to sell a property, he gave me great market info, advice on how to prepare, and most importantly a realistic opinion on what to expect. Karl and co have great back office systems so I could go on-line and keep updated with progress, Karl also sends regular updates. He has a great empathy for the first home buyers and was able to secure the sale through staying very close to any prospects and helping them through the stresses of finance etc. It was a slow market but Karl worked hard to match the buyers leading to a successful sale. Thanks Karl and co!!!
