When we decided to sell our house, the property market was running hot ! Houses were being snapped up within days.. so we began to get our house ready to list. However over this period the housing market began to quickly turn.. every news article was doom and gloom.. we began to wonder whether we should even bother selling. However, I went to an open home hosted by Karl from Sold on Kapiti and I was truly blown away by how sensational Karl was, positive, energised and a breath of fresh air. He was unlike any other real estate agent I have ever met. He literally gives you a WOW experience from the moment you meet him. I left that open home knowing 2 things. 1) We would still list our house and 2) We would only list with the SOK team. Well after listing our house we are officially unconditionally sold after 7 days !
