I interviewed 2 agencies and found Chris and Karl to be the better choice. They did not disappoint me. They were not pushy and very informative. Karl was always available via txt and email and put a great effort into following up with potential buyers to receive the best possible outcome. All was done calm, friendly and with a bit of humor. I would definitely use them again.

Having never sold a house before, we didn't really know what we were getting ourselves into - it was quite scary. Chris and Karl walked us through the entire process - styling, marketing, advice on the next steps, all the legal stuff and most importantly making it all work with our hectic lives and family. What stood out for us the most is their ability to never lose faith on the end goal despite the market challenges at the time - there were always options and they were always confident that it would all work out. They were always easy to get hold of - be it through email, text, or call and the live online doc was always updated so we could keep up and informed of all the mahi they were doing for us. Professional, efficient, genuinely nice guys that always smell amazing (Karl mostly). Highly recommend SOK and would 100% use again.
