Chris worked really well with us - we were keen to sell quickly and that required being realistic about our price expectations given the falling market. He supported us in our decision to use BEO rather than a tender process. He helped us present the house at its most attractive. The advertising was champion - it was honest and clear. And we had a number of people comment that they appreciated that the photos were not wide angle shots that give a deceptive perspective.
