Andrea is very professional and showed excellent knowledge in both the real estate market and the local market. She is very friendly and helpful and my requests were met with a can do attitude. I was unsure what I wanted at the start of my search as I had recently moved back to NZ after 21 years in Australia. Andrea kept in touch and contacted me if she thought she'd found a property I may be interested in buying or would phone me just to touch base. It was never too much trouble for her to arrange a viewing for me, sometimes it was 2 viewings - they were private viewings not Open Homes - which I really appreciated. I have now bought a property and am really happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Andrea as an agent.

Sharon Roberts was well prepared and giving us other options that we had not thought of. Always had a list of places to see and was able to take us to view properties at short notice. New everything on each property so was able to answer all our questions. Sharon spent a lot of time with us, and we saw a lot of properties as we were unsure of what we really wanted. We travelled up to Kerikeri from Hamilton to view a number of properties, and Terri was very warm and welcoming, assisting us with showing us around with kids in tow, and answering all of our questions! We had a bit of a rollercoaster with the purchasing experience and she was a very calming and pragmatic presence during this time. I found Terri to be professional and honest, and very helpful during the process- as was Joanna, who took over from Terri and looked after me just as well. I can't thank either of them enough, I was over the moon with the result! We can't wait to move into our new home.
