Joanna maintained a great stream of communication and always checked for approval before making the big decisions. She was completely honest with her appraisal and did a great job with the presentation document - one of the reasons that I chose her over another agent. Joanna did not hesitate to give assistance with staging the house and I think that helped with the price it sold for. I loved her energy and enthusiasm and her honesty when things needed to be done. Communication was key in the sale of my in-laws property. Elderly father in-law was having health and memory issues and I stepped in to help him through the process of moving into a retirement village with the community support he needed. Communication was key to keeping things moving. Grant was always very clear about when open homes would be. We reviewed the asking price regularly to try to prompt a sale and meet a falling market. Sometimes we didn’t get a call back after an open home - just to update up on if anyone had been through etc. and we were keen to know. Otherwise Grant was always on the ball and had a great knowledge of what the market was doing and his feedback was important, to confirm we were meeting the current market.
