Our house was on the market for less than a month. A combination of vendor realism & Terri's appreciation of vendors' expectations meant the first enquiry was a perfect match for the deal being done. We give Terri top marks for that. However, she did let herself down when the deal was still conditional when she failed to obtain vendors' permission for painter to enter the property to quote on paint job for purchasers. She immediately apologized & has acted professionally since. We would have no hesitation in using Terri again & would recommend her to others.
