Consistently exceeds expectations!
Having used Tawny for a few of our family’s house sales in recent years she was the obvious choice this time around. Once again she exceeded expectations in terms of price and time to sell, particularly given current market conditions. Tawny is highly professional, sensitive and fair to the needs of buyer and seller. She is also pragmatic, realistic and able to problem-solve if issues come up. Our offer had a ‘subject to sale’ condition and she did not give up marketing the property until it went unconditional while maintaining good communication with the buyers so that they were also kept fully informed. Tawny is ethical and can be genuinely trusted to do the right thing for both parties which I really appreciate. She has a great work ethic is super quick/efficient! Thank you Tawny….and I’m sure we will be back next time we sell.

Sharon provided detailed info on all open house visits, advert tags, reports and enquiries, and communicated with us regularly. She sold our property within our desired timeframe and within the desired price.
