From the outset Ben and his team were clear and concise with expectations. The process for selling the house was well explained and they provided information in easy to understand and follow documentation. They got our buy in at each step, including setting timeframes that we agreed too and were amenable to accomodating any change that we required.
Advice on what we could do to the property to maximise the sale price was on point. This showed a clear understanding of the market in our area and it's trends in general. They also understood the limitations of the property and set expectations accordingly.
Marketing was excellent. The imagery posted on line of the property really sold it's main positive features well. Credit to the photographer for the use of light and Amanda for the staging. The on-line advertising was easily accessible and shareable across social media platforms.
Open homes requirements for house set up were communicated well, along with timely reminders when open homes were happening. They are safety conscious, so our requests for how we wanted the house locked up afterwards were followed exactly, which we greatly appreciated. Private viewings were always arranged as far in advance as practical, prioritising our needs in all instances. We greatly appreciated the open communication around this. Feedback after each open home was provided via phone call and email, with excellent summary's.
Auction day was very smoothly run, very professional; it was clear the team knew exactly what they were doing. We appreciated the open communication in both setting reserve and in finalising the price. The team really came into their own.
And finally they were genuinely happy for us when we sold. They understood our reasons for selling and the beaming smiles we got after we agreed a price showed they cared greatly about our result.
