We never felt pressured and Ben was always available for a chat, advice or query and gave us a lot of time as we hunted for the right house to purchase before we were prepared to sell. Ben understood us and our needs and could also see how our rather unusual house would need to be marketed to the extent that the news soon picked it up and created a good story - both about the selling and the auction. While many people 'loved' the house it was clearly not going to suit everyone to live in. Ben had a strategy that was extensive and thorough - 'no stone un-turned'. He was also pragmatic and realistic about the difficult market which helped adjust our expectations. He also worked hard and sympathetically with prospective bidders. Ben was a assisted by a great team - Amanda's text for the sale was 'spot on' and the photographs were stunning. We shall treasure them as we leave our lovely home.

We choose Stu as our real estate agent for a few reasons, the sales research he did for my parents property was solid, he took the time to investigate similar properties that had sold in the past 12 months, as there were no recent sales of properties that were like my parent's place.
