Above And Beyond !!
Eliana was a pleasure to work with, she worked very hard to help us through some unexpected obstacles and kept us informed every step of the way. She helped us with the sale even though we couldn't be there in person. Going Above and Beyond arranging people to bring the place up to scratch for sale. Couldn't have done it without you!

Professional, knowledgeable, great persona
Greeted with a smile and a hello that put you at ease when you viewed property. Left you to look around without hassling you but there to answer questions when required. When had particular concern from building report, happy to liaise with owners. Open to extending viewing so I could decide if this was the one for me. Knowledgeable on the property which made process easier. Would recommend to anyone looking to sell.

Amazing Agent 10/10 experience
Helen is fantastic at what she does!! We sold our house during a slow market. Helen kept us informed through the whole process and made selling easy! There were lots of other similar houses in my same town for sale at the time and ours sold in the quickest time for a great price. Light at the end of the tunnel
When we decided to list our property we looked at a number of agents and Ray Wright's Eliana Aviles is who we chose due to her warm and helpful personality. Throughout the process Eliana kept us informed of what was happening. We appreciated her honesty with the waning market and her ability to take our concerns seriously. In the current market we realise that it is hard work getting a sale but Eliana and her team continued on, doing open homes and even follow up phone calls to viewers. Eliana went above and beyond our expectation, which has ultimately resulted in the sale.

Best in the business
From the moment we met Helen we were comfortable with her confidence, knowledge and absolutely professional approach. Helen's communication all the way through was above expectations.
