Great service and commitment to getting the job done

Peter, ably supported by Dina, was totally committed and professional throughout the sale process, working extremely hard to achieve the sale of my property. I received regular updates and feedback following open homes and was kept very well informed. Peter provided considered input during the negotiation phase, ultimately delivering a great result in a challenging market. Peter has in-depth knowledge and experience of the local Tutukaka market, which along with 100% commitment makes a great combination. Looking for an affordable option in an upmarket area Dina was really helpful.

Dina helped me to think outside of the square when it came to my purchase options in an area that was slightly out of my price range. I appreciated her keeping me informed on properties coming up which could potentially fall within my price range, as well as offering suggestions of alternative ideas I had not considered. Fabulous, calm, and truly supportive.
