Greg came in with a plan, and told us to go ahead and move and he would sell it. He gave us confidence at each step and reassurance after a slow start. With his ‘trust the process’ theory and comical Dad jokes he followed through on what he said, selling our house at a price that exceeded our expectations in just over a month. This allowed us to move on to our next adventure. Nothing is too difficult, no phone call is ever unanswered. He understands this process and its stressors with a family, going out of his way to make it as easy as possible. Greg really gets how it feels to sell a loved family home, even driving across town in the evening when we sold, to place the sold sticker, take photos and celebrate with us. Kim was truly amazing - we had put an offer on our dream home subject to sale of our house. The timeframes to sell were extremely tight and wow did Kim deliver. Our house was sold within 2 weeks from the first open home for an AMAZING price. Unbelievable. I would recommend Kim to anyone as she is incredible!
