Kodie was always available to take our calls and always got back to us when required. Our negotiation was prolonged over more than a month but she managed to cut down the admin by doing most of the negotiation via the phone- rather than counter signing each offer and counter offer. She made herself available each time we needed to view the property which never matched her scheduled open home times. Like wise she was there for the building inspection and also did the pre purchase inspection via zoom so we did not have to travel 2 hrs each way to complete that part of the process. Even after the sale we ran into her in Taupo CBD by chance, she was super helpful and took on the role of Taupo tour guide directing us to some local hidden spots. We would certainly recommend and use Kodie again.

When we made the decision to sell our property we chose Juliette as she was prominent in real estate sales in Kinloch. We found Juliette to be extremely considerate of our needs and of great understanding in all aspects. She was very successful finding purchasers in a short space of time. We've recently purchased an investment property in Kinloch. We spent a number of months looking for the perfect property and dealt with a number of different agents. Her properties we're priced fairly within the current market conditions...something we didn't find with other agents who had their properties severely overpriced. Juliette was my Agent for the recent sale of my property. The process was a long one for Juliette as I wasn’t sure on the timings around when would best work for me to put it on the market. From the moment I met Kodie, I knew that she was the only agent I wanted to work with. We were working to a tight deadline, and she went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. She is bubbly, energetic, and was an absolute delight to have in my corner guiding me through the process of my first sale. She is incredibly responsive, got the stamp of approval from the cats, and never once made me feel stupid for all my random questions. I would work with Kodie again in a heartbeat.

10/10 Rachel was an absolute superstar who understood what we were out to achieve and knew how to make it happen. She was supportive when she needed to be and forthright and honest which is what you want in a real estate agent.
