It was very easy to form a rapport with Renee. Right from the get-go it was a pleasant and professional relationship. Her communication was first rate and knowledge of the local market dynamics assisted with our understanding of potential outcomes. She was always available to discuss things with. All this made for a very comfortable, stress free journey through the sales process. The final result was important to my parents as the capital realised from the sale was needed to care for them in the years to come. Renee found the right buyer and negotiated a good price for them in a strong buyers market.

Rach and Kylie were enthusiastic, knowledgeable, reassuring and supportive throughout the process of marketing and selling our home. Their advice was spot on and while we were not keen on auctions, they navigated us through to a very successful auction day, held on site. They are clearly passionate in their roles and there was not a moment that we felt that they were not 100% engaged with getting the best possible outcome.

Several years ago when I purchased my property it was Rachel whom facilitated the sale and proved very helpful, this extra care and communication proved vital and she succeeded. Therefore I was always going to use her excellent skills, now coupled alongside Kylie, to sell my property as my circumstances changed. Both ladies proved excellent in all areas of selling and always provided updated information and constant clear communication during the process. We succeeded in gaining a good result and I would definitely recommend both ladies and Ray White to future buyers/sellers.

As over-seas sellers, Rachel and Kylie made the process of selling our holiday home is Taupo very easy. All communications and feedback were prompt and realistic, and we relied on their local knowledge to achieve a positive result. We hope the new owners enjoy the home as much as we did.

Kylie and Rach were wonderful to work with. They understood my drivers to get my home sold and leave town as quickly as possible whilst balancing my need for a decent sale price. Throughout the process they kept me informed and were relentless in finding buyers for the property. It was exceptionally well marketed and sold with only three open homes. It is a beautiful home but the marketing presentation of it was exceptional and captured attention from out of town buyers who could really appreciate it from the photos and video which were of very high quality. I can't recommend Kylie and Rach enough to you. They got the job done quickly and efficiently and were a wonderful support during a difficult and stressful relationship break up sale.

Coming from out of the area, so I asked for a private viewing, which was fine. Kylie spoke about the current market and trends plus provided me with recent sales data to help me make my decision. This helped me to put in an offer, which was accepted. The subsequent purchase facilitated by Kylie went very smoothly. All in all a straight forward non stressful experience. It was also a pleasant surprise after the purchase to be presented with a house warming gift.
