Kodie made the whole process easy and enjoyable.

Kodie made our first experience selling a house easy and understandable. Any questions we had were quickly and clearly answered and every step explained well. Kodie is approachable and down to earth, right from the first meeting I felt comfortable that the whole process was going to be easy and straightforward. Communication was always fantastic and we never had to wait long for a reaponse to any questions we may have had. Kylie is amazing! Myself and my parter had such a good experience dealing with Kylie. She was super easy to get along with and felt down to earth, which we really liked. Kylie was upfront while still making things feel relaxed. Nothing was pushy or stressful which made the buying experience that much better! Kylie was also such a great communicator, she keep us in the loop, checked in on us and answered any of our silly questions. Couldn’t recommend Kylie enough, thanks heaps.

Perfect in every aspect

Working with Kodie made buying our first house such a breeze, any questions we had were answered and in a way we would understand with never dealing with any part of the process before, wasn’t pushy at open homes which was nice to experience for once but was there to answer any questions we had and if there was no answer to the question at that time she made sure to find the info out as soon as she could really pushing above and beyond to help us out. Worked great for trying to get a great price for the vendors as well as working with us buyers not going above our budget expectations. All around will be highly recommending Kodie to anyone who’s looking at wanting to sell or buy their next home :))
