Kodie made our first experience selling a house easy and understandable. Any questions we had were quickly and clearly answered and every step explained well. Working with Kodie made buying our first house such a breeze, any questions we had were answered and in a way we would understand with never dealing with any part of the process before, wasn’t pushy at open homes which was nice to experience for once but was there to answer any questions we had and if there was no answer to the question at that time she made sure to find the info out as soon as she could really pushing above and beyond to help us out. Worked great for trying to get a great price for the vendors as well as working with us buyers not going above our budget expectations. All around will be highly recommending Kodie to anyone who’s looking at wanting to sell or buy their next home :))

Kodie and Leo recently helped us into our first home and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. As well as being down to earth and fun, we found them both to be very professional and efficient with excellent communication and knowledge of the market.
Kodie was always available to take our calls and always got back to us when required. Our negotiation was prolonged over more than a month but she managed to cut down the admin by doing most of the negotiation via the phone- rather than counter signing each offer and counter offer. She made herself available each time we needed to view the property which never matched her scheduled open home times. Like wise she was there for the building inspection and also did the pre purchase inspection via zoom so we did not have to travel 2 hrs each way to complete that part of the process. Even after the sale we ran into her in Taupo CBD by chance, she was super helpful and took on the role of Taupo tour guide directing us to some local hidden spots. We would certainly recommend and use Kodie again.
