I've been fortunate to work with Ray White, Swanson in the past. Although I didn't explicitly hire them recently to buy a house, I frequently found myself at their open homes. I was impressed with Alyshia's professional and friendly conduct at the earlier viewings, as she clearly began to recognise me, I was even more impressed with her recall - not only the criteria for purchase, she also would recollect personal details shared with her in conversation. Her ability to build a safe and trusting relationship by clearly knowing me as a person and not a number, made me feel completely confident when the time came to bring in other family members, and make that offer! It was no ordinary transaction. There were so, so many moving parts. There were a slew of things that had to align, be met, discussed, and negotiated. We had a tricky set of conditions to make our way through, and Alyshia handled everything with ease and grace. Furthermore, we came with high tensions, anxieties, fears and tears - generally just big puddles of overwhelming emotion, and she 'held our hand' every step of the way. Her follow up on the business side of this transaction was welcomed, but the mental health check-ins and emotional support was truly an example of going above and beyond. I feel compelled to share that during the entire process, she was mentoring a new salesman. At no point did we feel as though her attention was split, nor her focus drift, and for what its worth she seemed well equipped to coach new talent. The wait for settlement, move in, and unpack came with its own set of challenges, so this is a very overdue. However, I didn't want to do her, nor the wider team at Swanson, Ray White the discourtesy of a hastily written review. Every single interaction I had with the team at Ray White, Swanson was top notch. If you're looking for the perfect place to buy or sell - this is it!

Before contacting Alyshia we’d already had multiple agents around to provide us with an appraisal, but decided to get Alyshia in last minute due to a recommendation. That evening we knew she was our preferred agent as we felt the most comfortable knowing she’d be at the helm - she spent the time giving us all the information, didn’t pressure us into a particular method of sale (like other agents had) and provided recommendations for touch ups, staging and rearranging to maximise the value of our home.
