Calm and Confidence
In a difficult year for selling, with the market downturn and Auckland's terrible weather, Alyshia always inspired calm and confidence in us with her intimate knowledge of the local market and her wise and practical advice. She always believed! She worked hard for us over many months and our house and bush property eventually sold to the perfect people. Even though in our case it was over an extended period, Alyshia kept us informed, and was utterly professional. And what a great team behind her!

Professional, Trustworthy, Patient and Caring
I chose Alyshia from Ray White Real Estate Agents in Swanson, because I had dealings with this company before, and I knew that they were very professional, and would do a job well done at selling my home. I have lived in my home for over 30 years, and loved it in all that time. But now was the time to move on. I wanted someone who would understand how I felt about this big event, who would give her opinion on what was to be done to help me get the best price for my property. Alyshia was the one person for that. Nothing was a problem for her, even when I would phone her at odd times to seek reassurance that everything was going to be okay. Even when she was feeling unwell, she still answered my calls. I felt that at that moment, I was the most important person to her. Whether buying or selling Alyshia is the person that you can trust to look after your interests, Alyashia loves to negotiate and she is very good at doing that.
