5 Stars Nadine
Nadine made the process of selling my house from the UK easy. I knew Nadine from years ago when she sold my neighbours house and trusted her knowledge of the local area, professionalism and sales record was what I needed in a tough market. She kept me up to date regularly, giving me everything I needed to make informed decisions. The transition from tenants leaving to the new owner taking possession was made so much easier with Nadine even offering to clean the oven they had forgotten. If I ever need to sell again in NZ, Nadine will be my first call.

Great communicator and friendly service
Thank you Rain for helping me sell and buy a house at the same time! Rain was very attentive and responsive to requests throughout the process. He was very patient and also had great communication skills. This made our selling and buying with same day settlement a much stress free and smoother experience. Rain is also very knowledgeable of the housing market and I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a house.

Highly recommended
Selling a house is stressful but Nadine made the process so easy for me. The communication was outstanding, her local market knowledge excellent and she was a pleasure to deal with. Nadine also went above and beyond, for example organising quotes from tradespeople and even meeting them on site, in order to help me get the house ready for sale. She is highly professional and yet super friendly, and I would not hesitate to recommend her, and I intend to stay in touch with her myself.

FLEXIBILITY & FOCUS
Looking for a new home has been a huge challenge. I spotted a property on TradeMe and had saved it to my watch-list but hadn’t been able to make it to an open home. I happened to drive past the house, saw the property sign and then realised the Auction was the next day! I phoned Judith and her offer to meet me for an urgent viewing was hugely appreciated. With an incredibly tight turnaround - less than 24hrs - I was at the Auction, bidding my way to success, finally! Judith’s flexibility to meet with a building inspector the following morning was hugely appreciated and then follow-up with vendor/purchaser post Auction was impressive - efficient and stress-free! The whole process was awesome!

Excellent agent
