Nadine made us feel like her top priority throughout the whole selling process. She always arrived with a positive attitude, was well organised, professional and courteous. Nadine made the process of selling my house from the UK easy. I knew Nadine from years ago when she sold my neighbours house and trusted her knowledge of the local area, professionalism and sales record was what I needed in a tough market. She kept me up to date regularly, giving me everything I needed to make informed decisions. The transition from tenants leaving to the new owner taking possession was made so much easier with Nadine even offering to clean the oven they had forgotten. If I ever need to sell again in NZ, Nadine will be my first call.

Selling a house is stressful but Nadine made the process so easy for me. The communication was outstanding, her local market knowledge excellent and she was a pleasure to deal with. Nadine also went above and beyond, for example organising quotes from tradespeople and even meeting them on site, in order to help me get the house ready for sale. She is highly professional and yet super friendly, and I would not hesitate to recommend her, and I intend to stay in touch with her myself.
