Niki knows all there is to know about the market and communicates that information very well. She gave herself 100% to the task at hand & was very invested in getting our house sold. However, perhaps because she knows her job so well, we found her to be very quick in overriding our suggestions, which is a little off-putting as a client. Overall, we had a good, though not perfect, experience. We didn't get the price we wanted but, in the end, made the sale through Niki's persistence.
