I may not have the right words to fully describe just how excellent Kat has been throughout the entire process of selling my property. From the moment we signed the agreement right through to well after settlement, Kat has been there for us every step of the way. She consistently went above and beyond what I would have expected from a sales agent. When my house was vandalised by thieves, Kat went out of her way to contact the police and make sure the situation was dealt with. Although I live in Auckland, at no point did I ever feel that I was not present in Rotorua to oversee the maintenance and other work required at the property. There were even occasions when Kat was at my property as late as 10pm to make sure the police arrived and that the locks were replaced by the locksmith. Her dedication, reliability and willingness to go the extra mile gave me enormous peace of mind throughout what could otherwise have been a very stressful experience.
