After meeting Niki at an open home, she seemed to "get" what kind of house I was looking for, and steered me towards an appropriate property. Which I bought. A bit more initial guidance into the nuts and bolts of how deadline sales worked would have been good, but we got there in the end :-) She has been great to deal with in the other matters, for example negotiating challenges around final inspections while I am out of town, and helping to find builders who can do inspections at short notice.
