An Exceptional Agent

Aaron put his passion, knowledge, contacts, eye for detail and expertise together to present my home to best advantage. But more than that he supported and communicated with humour and irresistable positivity while letting me make my choices. The only time I didn't choose his preferred option I did end up regretting it! He even made me feel ok about being an alien in my own property while it was staged and marketed. Aaron then brought his focus to the marketing and open homes. His enthusiasm brought well more than the usual number of viewers through and he followed up all leads and supported prospects through their due diligence. From my experience at the auction day, I got the sense that the potential buyers felt just as supported as I do. In an unfavourable market Aaron achieved a good sale in a very constrained time period. I could not imagine any of the other agents I sought achieving what he did, and especially in the time frame.
