Sold in a difficult time

We listed our property in February, but soon after the gas price crisis hit, which impacted the whole market unfortunately. And I believe this is what made us sell a bit later than expected. During the whole time, the Atamans were always clear on expectations, showed current status, and did not sugar coat the situation. They also made sure to keep working on our eventual buyers, which helped a lot, as they were the only candidates we had in the end. They worked well with the buyers to get us a great price, given circumstances. For that we are very grateful! One thing they could have done a bit better I think is their communication. Many times we had to ask for updates, instead of given them proactively. Overall this does not tamper the great effort in getting to the finish line, thank you both, Tatyana and Michael.
