Having worked with him years ago when he was in direct sales and I was in a customer support role, I already knew him to be an outstanding salesperson, and he certainly lived up to that reputation. He used every avenue available to attract buyers, including arranging numerous mid-week viewings and putting on extra open homes—up to four each weekend during the crucial first few weeks. He was also very thoughtful in the way he communicated feedback from prospective buyers, ensuring it was constructive and never insulting. Most importantly, Aaron achieved a very quick sale and a fast settlement, which was exactly the outcome I was hoping for. I am extremely grateful for his hard work, professionalism, and dedication, and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property.

But more than that he supported and communicated with humour and irresistable positivity while letting me make my choices. The only time I didn't choose his preferred option I did end up regretting it! He even made me feel ok about being an alien in my own property while it was staged and marketed. Aaron then brought his focus to the marketing and open homes. His enthusiasm brought well more than the usual number of viewers through and he followed up all leads and supported prospects through their due diligence. From my experience at the auction day, I got the sense that the potential buyers felt just as supported as I do. In an unfavourable market Aaron achieved a good sale in a very constrained time period. I could not imagine any of the other agents I sought achieving what he did, and especially in the time frame.

Aaron's bubbly personality makes him approachable and easy to get along with. He always has time for a chat and is willing to go above and beyond to get the best outcome for his clients. Bonus, he is great with pets. Very dedicated to gaining insight into local markets.
