We chose John because we always saw him around the neighbourhood, and because he came across genuine in our few early interactions with him. Turns out there was a reason why he's so popular - because he is very good at his job! Almost everything went smoothly from an admin front with photos, marketing, follow-ups etc all being very well handled. We had a tricky house sale with some neighbourhood issues meaning things didn't always go to plan - but these were outside of John's control (and outside of our control). John was very patient and professional throughout. He even went above and beyond helping us to attempt to resolve some of the neighbourhood issues. I was quite cautious about real estate agents before starting - with other agents I've met coming across as inauthentic, pushy, and focused on themselves. But we never had any of this from John. He always gave us the full picture and was respectful of our wishes throughout. Through issues outside of everyone's control we had to lower our expectations on price, but this wasn't a reflection on John. In the end he sold our house and we'd be happy to recommend him to anyone.

Darnell provided a great service in selling our House. We had tried to sell a year earlier to no avail. We realised through the course of our campaign this time around the difference an 'onto it' Real Estate Agent makes. We thought our Agent last year was good but our experience with Darnell highlighted that it wasn't as good as it could have been. The attributes we valued in Darnell were; - professional manner - great communicator throughout the process. Darnell took my calls at any time and was able to satisfy my questions - great at building relationships.
