Banson and team Raywhite were looking after a development within the Mt Roskill area. Within the team we mainly dealt with Gary. Gary was a delight to deal with. His attentiveness to our messages, delivery on actionables and the buying process felt effortless. We felt he was very professional, upfront about the expectations of the deal and represented the Raywhite brand strongly. We can't thank him enough for his approach, understanding of our needs (as we had to request a long settlement do to our daughter). He was able to liase and negotiation a fair outcome for both us as the buyer and for the seller. We never felt that our respect and considerations was ever in question. We looked at a number of properties before finding our new home and other agents did not ho above and beyond like Gary did. He reassured us of any concerns we had and was able to remain factual. We knew we were in good hands quite quickly and his consistency with his delivery as an agent is very commendable. We would highly consider in the future engaging with Raywhite again if we require future property assistance. We have truly valued the time, work and effort involved in the process.
