She is always so positive, cheerful and is an eternal optimist. Deb presented an offer to us that was very slightly lower than our expectations, but the clincher was a very quick settlement of literally 8 days from signing the Sale and Purchase agreement. We are delighted for the new owner because it is just such a perfect property for them and their circumstances and we know they will love living there. I would highly recommend Deb Starr to anyone looking for an extremely hardworking agent, who really thinks about each property and the target market that it is suitable for.
