Very communicative and made the whole experience very personal.

I first noticed Deb Starr due to her regular letterbox drops of local market information. Over the past few years she would ring from time to time and just check how we were going and if we were buying or selling. She knows every house in our local area and surrounding suburbs. She has a fantastic memory. Right from the beginning Deb presented us with detailed explanations of the sale process, how she works with the Ray White 'Buyer Match' software, and showed us the very detailed weekly marketing campaign updates she prepares for her sellers. She doesn’t overburden herself with too many listings at once so she remains totally focused on the properties she is marketing. She has a database of excellent tradespeople, painters and stagers to help us get the property ready for sale and it looked fantastic. During the marketing campaign we received excellent communication on what she has done, who she has talked to with notes on their feedback. She really did follow up every single possible lead whether on the phone or by email. She really listened to us and prospective buyers. We were selling in a difficult market, during which the Iran War broke out which rattled potential buyers. Like any campaign there are ups and downs, but Deb Starr has ‘seen it all’ due to her years of experience. Deb is calm, tenacious and persistent. She really doesn’t give up. She is always so positive, cheerful and is an eternal optimist. Deb presented an offer to us that was very slightly lower than our expectations, but the clincher was a very quick settlement of literally 8 days from signing the Sale and Purchase agreement. We are delighted for the new owner because it is just such a perfect property for them and their circumstances and we know they will love living there. I would highly recommend Deb Starr to anyone looking for an extremely hardworking agent, who really thinks about each property and the target market that it is suitable for. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again.
