We purchased our first house from John 7 years ago and we’ve kept in touch with him ever since, so when it came time to sell our house, John was the first agent that came to mind. We really threw John a curveball when we spotted a house during our campaign which was going to auction one week prior to our house. John worked quickly to ensure all parties were ready within 2 days for the auction so we would be in a position to bid on the other property that same afternoon. After successfully selling our property in the morning, John volunteered to assist us with a bidding strategy for the auction in the afternoon, which resulted in us buying and selling a property within the same day! Despite this being one of the most stressful days of our lives, John and Eliza made everything run smoothly, which reaffirmed that our decision to list our property with them was definitely the right one.
