Committed to doing his best by his clients

Kale used technology very effectively to communicate with us and keep us updated. He understood the market and provided good advice backed by local statistics. The marketing of our house via outstanding photos and details clearly provided potential buyers valuable insight into our property When two conditional offers fell over, Kale kept us focused and positive moving forward towards an even better outcome. Calm, clear and insightful, supportive at every stage

We were hugely impressed and very grateful for all the work Kale did to secure us the sale we needed. From our very first meeting, we felt listened to, supported and confident in Kale’s in depth market knowledge, and his calm, clear and insightful approach. He took time to really understand our needs, and provided tailored advice at every stage of the process. Kale was always available, no question felt silly, and we learned lots through the process. Kale went the extra mile time and again, especially as we were out of town during some of the work to prepare the house for sale- it felt like we had a star player on our team, who wanted the best possible result for us. Kale’s strategy through the viewings was very smart, and the way he built early interest and then knew just when to turn the heat up on our deadline was masterful! Great service!

Kale was a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. He was personable, reliable, and always quick to respond to our messages and phone calls. Unlike several other agents we contacted in Tauranga, who either didn't respond or made us feel like we were an inconvenience, Kale was approachable, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping us. Buying a property from out of town without seeing it in person could have been stressful, but Kale made us feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. He delivered on everything he promised, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional, and responsive agent.
