I approached Ray White as they were close by to Havenbrook and I wanted an agency different to what the majority were using at the village. Cleighton and Thomas were able to meet with me straight away and we visited my mum's place the same day. I mentioned to them was there young age a barrier to working with older people. Cleighton expressed their energy was a positive from their experience working with older folk. I found this to be true for myself and also when we met with my Mum at the restroom They communicated in a way that I know my mum was appreciative of with respect, clearly communicating what she didn't hear or understand. Mum sadly passed away during the time of the selling process which moved it to Public Trust as the executors. I found that Cleighton kept me fully informed through What's App, phone calls and emails.
