I highly recommend Kate Cameron, I have sold many houses and can very comfortably say Kate is one of the best. I first met Kate when she sold my parents' house, she impressed me with her mannerism, how knowledgeable she was and how quickly she got a sale. I was adamant to give her a go on my next project; she did not disappoint. Kate is driven, reliable, honest and easy to get along with, I appreciate how she always kept us up to date after every open home, nothing was a problem. Kate is always so happy and positive which helps put you at ease. After one offer fell through Kate had another one on the table 6 hours later, she never gives us, putting 100% into her job. Before signing any sale agreement a comprehensive appraisal was done so we knew what to expect. Knowing the market conditions and potential purchasers we could formulate a sales plan to suit our time frame ensuring we had any pre sale maintenance completed. This was a huge benefit as winter weather is not always favourable. However with Kates determination and excellent negotiating skills the sale was achieved in a timely manner so seller and purchaser could move forward positively. However it is the integrity and ethics that Kate applies to her career that I would have no hesitation in recommending Kate for a purchaser or seller of a property.
