Nicola has been extremely helpful, professional knowledge, has always kept us informed, achieved the best sale price that we could have ever imagined. She really had a lot of experience with a lovely personality. I can't praise her enough for the sale of my dads property and how smoothly she made the process. I would have absolutely no hesitation to recommend these ladies to anyone wanting to sell their property (I already have). Nakita has also been extremely helpful and professional. Her expertise in marketing and digital marketing was a huge advantage to us and she talked us through it and provided such good advice. Nakita organised things for us such as the staging which really kept the process easy. A great selling price was achieved that we could have ever have imagined. Nakita's personality is bubbly and friendly which makes for a great agent. I can't fault anything with this sale and would certainly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their property. I highly recommend Kate Cameron, I have sold many houses and can very comfortably say Kate is one of the best. I first met Kate when she sold my parents' house, she impressed me with her mannerism, how knowledgeable she was and how quickly she got a sale. I was adamant to give her a go on my next project; she did not disappoint. Kate is driven, reliable, honest and easy to get along with, I appreciate how she always kept us up to date after every open home, nothing was a problem. Kate is always so happy and positive which helps put you at ease. After one offer fell through Kate had another one on the table 6 hours later, she never gives us, putting 100% into her job.
