Jasper has delivered a excellent service in the past months when selling our house. He is very patient and answers all the questions we were concerning about in a professional way which helped us made the right decision. Tanya was amazing from the beginning to end of the sales process that occurred during a tough time in the Auckland property market . She began with great enthusiasm, staging my apartment herself to save me money, then creating a captivating promo video and an opening night for prospective buyers. Her lead sales manager, Bryan was also remarkable. He took the stress out of managing the tenants at my property and arranging all viewings while I was overseas, sending me updates before and after every appointment. In conclusion, Tanya’s team bought me a great price and I would not hesitate to recommend her and Bryan to any prospective seller.

I am shocked and disgusted at the conduct of these agents, we were involved in an auction that we won to find out afterward that the auction was not conducted in a fair manor. When brought up with the agency the agent (Steve Stone) and auctioneer called to apologize, when I followed this up with an email stating I wanted something done about it (the financial implication to us being around $10k) they were quick to back track on this and came across very defensive and patronizing in their response I called the REA and explained our situation in detail who confirmed that the agency was in the wrong with this auction conduct and advised me to lodge a complaint with them and a claim with the disputes tribunal - I will be lodging these claims I can only imagine what else goes on in this agency having been through this experience with them ...
