The best!
Team Fava were consistently great throughout the whole process of selling our mum’s house after she passed away. They understood it was a difficult process for us but treated the situation with compassion, professionalism and expertise. Diligent and
Due to a property they were selling a few houses away, Dylan was door knocking in our area checking if we wanted to be kept abreast of the market developments in Remuera. We were considering a move some time in the future and agreed to be contacted with market updates. Nine months later we were ready to move forward and found Dylan and John Q from Ray White Parnell to be excellent in how they engaged with us, answered all our questions and detailed the approach they would take to bring the property to market. It was the middle of winter, the property market was slow, but Dylan was diligent in his approach - nothing was too much trouble to support and assist us during the staging of the property, photography, open homes and eventually the sale process.
